Burning, itching, pain.... Oh My

Last time I had sex with October 30th. I was fine that whole day everything normal. Later on day or 2 later I started noticing that I have a problem. Itching in the lower vaginal area so I applied lotion thinking nothing of it now it's increased to an abrased patch with bumps that itch but hurt to the touch (almost like a rash) there's a slight but bearable pain when I urinate also discharge. I have been using my clobetasol propionate cream and neosporin directly on the areas. When they are dry they itch like crazy but when lathered it didn't hurt at all. Help any advice before I take myself in....😭

(I think part of it has to do with me shaving)
