Need some help😂

Okay guys I don't know what to do and I thought maybe someone could help. I have these like small cysts/lumps that keep showing up right where my thigh meets my crotch. They are sore sometimes and leave scars. It's kinda super embarrassing and I'm too scared to ask my mom. I honestly don't know what to do. If anyone has some advice that would be great. Thanks!😙
