Slightly confused but probably wishful thinking

Hey ladies has anyone gotten a bfp after 15dpo? Ive had negatives for the past week but still feel very pregnant (nausea, very tired, thrush, slight bleeding about a week after o, slight cramps only on the left side and sore breasts) I am fairly new to this and have a long and irregular cycle? And experience, tips, comments or reality checks welcome xx
