I need serious advice

So I keep having dreams about pregnancy it pops up in the least expected moment. On TV people at work talking about it ect. My fiancé and I are kinda just winging it, we're not trying right now. I'm on the pill and not worried about it. If it happens it happens but I'm curious about all these pregnancy related things that keep popping up could they be a hit or a sign? Or do I just sound nuts?
