Slight Brown Discharge

Last week I had a BFP. My estimate is around 5 weeks along now. Sore breasts and nipples, some nausea, fatigue and just recently sensitivity to smell. This morning I wiped and saw a small amount of light brown discharge. I've only seen it a couple other times today after urinating.

In April after TTC for 3 years I got my first BFP around what I'm guessing was 5 weeks. Two days later I saw pink when I wiped and over the next 24 hours intense cramping and large clots passing.

I'm super worried about having another chemical. My cramping is not bad but I have also developed constipation which I'm assuming is related to the pregnancy and pre-natals. Since I had a chemical in April I have a Dr appt for next Thursday a couple weeks earlier than my Dr office usually gets women in. Any one else have this brown discharge? The internet is scary and I keep reading yes and no. My Dr office was not open to call today.
