hip pain

Any other twin mommas having extreme hip pain? Is there anything I can do to help? Tylenol isn't cutting it. Sitting, lying down, and especially walking hurt so bad. It feels like right where my leg attaches to my hip is sore from shots or something. Just started a couple of days ago at almost 29weeks. Seems like there's a new place that hurts with each new week in a twin pregnancy! Y'all twin mommin' ain't easy!!
