i wanna have sex

okay so you may think i am too young. but i am 14 and he is 15 and we're freshman. and we were together for awhile and brokeup then just got back together. hes had sex before but i havent. he put it in once but i told him to stop because im scared of pregnancy. he had a condom on. im ready but im just scared of pregnancy because i'm not on birth control but we have condoms. im scared of the condoms breaking. any opinions? not that i'm too young just leave then.
