HPV Help!!! 😥

I just got my results from my Pap smear and it came back positive for HPV. I've been pretty upset and stressed out because I've been with the same person since 2012 and I've had 2 other Paps before that came back fine. My doctor is wanting me to have a Biopsy done. Have any of you had a biopsy? What do they do and does it hurt? Does HPV go away? Will my husband need to be treated?
