Wtf is up with me

Hey all ;) well we're to start really me n my hubby been ttc now for over a year and nothing. My last peroid was 29th September and then I had a day bleed on 28th October. 2 days spotting offer. It wasn't My peroid at all I defo can tell the differance. My peroid was due 1st November but still hasn't arrived. I did a test last week it came back negative I have been to the doctor he ruled out infections I'm all clean.. I'm testing again today (will update on results) I really don't no what is going on with me lately everything is the same nothing change no new meds or life changes stress is the same I already have 2 babies aged 4 and 5. If anyone can suggest anything I'd be very greatfull
