pain!

Okay so. I'm 18 almost 19 and I've been sexually active since I was about 14 been with 3 people (all of which I knew) . I was raped multiple times from age 8-11 by a family member. Anyway I've been to the doctor multiple times and no I don't have any stds or anything. But I've never been to a gyno cause up until last month I had no idea you were supposed to go once you become sexually active. My issue I'm having is all of my sexual partners have tried to rub my clit or give me head but it hurts so bad that it makes me jump back. Is that something I should be worried about? Should I go to a gyno? Thanks ladies
