my bf feels intimidated

So iv been dating this guy for about 3 months now and iv noticed I usually have to initiate sex and if I don't we won't have sex for over a week so I asked him about it and he eventually told me he feels intimidated because I'm way more experienced than him. He was in 2 long term relationships before me and he didn't try any kinky things or done anything other than just regular sex and I he knows I'm way more experienced so he says he feel intimidated and thinks he's not pleasing me. I told him I love having sex with him and tried to reassure him that everything is great with him but he still is standoffish about initiating sex. What can I do to make him feel more comfortable?
