impulsive

Is it bad to get four or five piercings and two tattoos quickly (within the next two months) I've been thinking about it for a little while and even though I might be a little impulsive I just want to do t you know. I don't think I'll have any regrets in the piercings and I can always take them out and the tattoos I want are going to be extremely small and simple black even though I'm not 100% sure where I want them placed. Am I being too impulsive though should I wait?
