pregnancy question

I'm not sure if I should worry or not but my period was late so I decided to take a test and it was positive so I took two more with the same result but I've had some bleeding pretty light nothing like a period more just when I wipe but I have cramps that are light too and it just worries me somethings going wrong. I havnt been able to see a dr yet. Has anyone else had this problem or know what's going on? Should I be worried?
