help help help

Okay so I went to my boyfriends house last night and he fingered me. And it hurt a lot bc I haven't gotten fingered in like a year and it wasn't even as bad as this time. I mean I LOVED IT but it hurt so bad. I honestly think he used three fungers. Idk bc I was trying so hard not to make any noises. Then when I woke up this morning I had a terrible pain down there all day today. I couldn't cough or it would hurt and when I sneezed I felt something come out. So when I went to the bathroom to go see it was blood. And I just remembered that I stopped my last period two weeks ago. WTF DOES THAT MEAN? And also when he was fingering me he was inside and moving his fingers and making feel like I needed to pee... idk what that means either. Please help me lol...
