Help ladies !!!! HELP!!! (TMI PIC UPDATE)

Okay I did post this pic an hour ago, it's a panty liner with what looks like old blood and it's soaked? Now I went to the restroom because I had to poop, then when I wiped I saw this the bottom pic. It's blood like bright red. Like I said I'm 39 weeks 4 days. I don't have no contractions or anything like that. But I did have a membrane sweep today at appointment.... should I go to the hospital, or is it normal to have this after membrane sweep!!! Anything would be helpful!!!
