Stinging pain in nipple

Its been all day today where some hours I get a stinging pain right in the nipple. And also idk but I've had some weird like not liquid but some kind of clear stuff that's clumped up and dried at my nipple and if I take it off and continue with my day like at night time it will be back. Is that normal in pregnancy. Please don't be mean. I don't know much of this and have no one to ask. I'm 15 w pregnant
