Back Labor

Hi ladies! So today I had an OB appointment at 37+3 weeks. I am having two appointments every week to do NSTs. Today my OB said I was having a couple contractions and asked if I felt them...I really didn't, they felt like my normal super uncomfortable Braxton hicks. I am 1cm but soft and baby's head is verrrrry far down and ready to go but he is face up! I'm supposed to be induced at 39 weeks (next Friday) due to high blood pressure. My OB said she wouldn't be surprised if I go naturally before then. Anyways, I've had a couple bad BH tonight but nothing out of the norm. My way lower back is hurting and uncomfortable and I have some pressure in my backside. I have no idea what back labor is or what anything is actually considering I'm a FTM and brand new to this! Could this be the start of early labor? I'd love to be able I wait until next Wednesday as my mom is flying in from the mainland. Any descriptions on what you felt early on or how your labor started? I know everyone is different but I'm just looking for ideas. Thanks!
