California state paid family leave..

Hello.

I have a question regarding paid family leave in California state. Everything that I've read doesn't really state that I could disqualify myself from these benefits by changing jobs. I'm going for my finally interview with another company tomorrow to discuss my salary and acceptance of the job. I will be making more money, but don't know if changing jobs would eliminate the disability benefits I'm entitled to. My company's to small and doesn't have an HR department to discuss this with.
