Taking out nexaplanon?

I've had this birth control since September and it's been great other than the major hormone change. At first I didn't notice the change but now.....the smallest things can get me posses off and a possibility of crying later. Before I got pregnant I was like a heartless person. Didn't really cry on movies. Course pregnancy changes but this is extreme. In really considering getting my birth control taken out. I want to be normal. Just one problem, I had a c section and I can't let myself get pregnant for the next year. Its not safe. I wanted a birth control that would work but I want to be happy too. I'm what to do
