threating miscarriage

So last night my bf nd i had sex and after i noticed some spotting but it went away. This morning it was still their and after the shower i saw bright red blood so i went to the ER and they saw me and the dr told me i might be miscarrying that i need to go see my ob in 3-5 days to see if my hcg is rising or lowering. Now i have brown spotting no red blood anymore.... I pray to god that its jst old blood and that my baby is healthy. Im 5 weeks and 6 days but didnt hear heart beat bcuz its too soon. Just pls i ask for your prayers 😔🙏🏼
