trying to put bf out the house!

Me and my bf been living together for 3 years. We are both 32. I am tired of him and his disrespect. Long Story short, I want to put him out. His name is not on the lease. He won't come to the house & pack his clothes and I don't have time or energy to do it myself. Plus he has a lot of extremely heavy things too. He stays away from the house for hours hoping that I have cooled down once he gets home. I am tired of telling him the same shit over and over every few months. How do I make him leave immediately? Bcuz he won't go willingly. Oh and I live in California.
