4 months and a lot of fussiness

So we've entered the 4 month and with it brought lots of movements and sleep regression. I'm dealing with that fine. Not to tired lol but lately she's been SUPER fussy and clingy. Not like something is wrong type fussy but whiny wanting her way. I didn't know this happens this early or is this abnormal? I'm a stay at home for now until she's 6 months. Also a single mother. My mom is around a lot to help out. Idk if that's causing this or what. Some people say they cannot be spoiled this early and some people say they can.. I don't hold her all day. We do tummy time on the "baby gym" a lot, she's in her Einstein jumper thing a lot , she'll sit on the couch and play for periods of time. But if I leave the room (more so later in the day) the screaming crying starts. Or if my mom has her while I'm trying to cook etc it starts. Could use some insight. This is getting frustrating
