Need some feed back plz

Right lower back n abdominal pain bad! Any one else around 23 weeks having the worst right sciatica pain n lower abdominal pain that's like bad cramps? I looked up a few things n freaked me out I'm not bleeding or sick or anything else just lot of pain, almost like period cramps but not constantly sharp pains. Only started today a few hours ago but I am a lil worried could be something else. Everything with my pregnancy is great no issues at all. Anyone with any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
