Have I ovulated??

Question

According to fertility friend I ovulated on CD15, but if I include the discarded temperature (taken after a period of illness) then it can't detect ovulation. I have a 29 day cycle and this is my first time temping. I'm so confused by this all 😕

To me it looks like you ovulated on cd 17, because that's when you see a clear temp spike. Being sick can delay your ovulation.

Don't be discouraged! It can take a couple cycles for you to figure out what's "normal" with your BBT.
