What to take

Ladies on eve yes im in pain at this time at 2:04 my stomach is in pain very bad i have very much diareahea and i have lots of allergies my ears are red burning hot and in the inside its itchy i have been sitting in the toilet for about 30 mins or so but ughj i need to sleep i have a test from college in the morning and plus im in period an is at no help at all
