Hi!!! Cloth mamas I need your expertise!!

Erbear
So my son is 25 weeks, I wanted to start cloth right away, but I was honestly a little overwhelmed. After a lot of research online and some in person chats I wa advised to wait a little while since newborns go through so many, and I always left feeling more confused (I think I make things harder than they need to be :)). Anyway, I am locked and recalled to roll on this cloth train!! But I want to get some feedback.
.
I bought a neighbors lot of cloth, so I've got a mixed bag. She used to wash her own liners, then hired a service that provided the prefolds (the ones we also use as birth cloths, correct?) so I've got quite a few shells, 22 to be exact, just the plastic cover. Then I've got 4 diapers with either a pocket or snaps. I have 2 liners that actually snap in, 6 liners that actually look like diapers without the cover and about 16 liners with no straps, varying fabrics and lengths. I also have a roll of "poop catcher mesh" that you can flush down the toilet. Honestly, my boy poops every four days or so, so I think he's a really good cloth diaper canidate!
.
My first question:
1a)do you prefer to wash your own or send or to a service?  Since I already own the liners, we figure we would just was our own..
.
1b) how do you wash your liners? I heard tide non liquor is the best, I've got a box of that and so far have line dried the liners.
.
1c) do you think 18 liners plus 6 whole cloth diapers are enough? How many days to you get with your stash between laundry? I stay at home, so laundry really isn't an issue.
.
2) what's your favorite brand? My liners and covers are all different brands, most have the double layer around the legs for better leak control.
2b) what style do you prefer? All in one? Insert? Prefolds with the Y shaped bungees?
3) I've got a son, so I should double up the later towards the front, correct? He seems to soak through two liners after one pee... maybe that's normal
.
4)has anyone run into bacteria or smelly liners?
.
5)What's the best way to get the poo stains out? Bleaching them in the sun? Thankfully I live in Colorado and it's always pretty sunny here, but winter should be coming soon, it's still 70, wtf?!, so drying them outside won't be so easy.
.
6)Did you find it was easy to get husband/ child care or grandparents on board with cloth?
7) how long do you store liners in dry bag before washing?
.
Any advice is very much appreciated! I'm really excited and love this group bc everyone is so passionate. I've included picture of what I have minus he covers because they're kind of self explanatory.
