sex PP ouch!

I am 9 weeks PP..had a second degree tear and some stitches..went to my 6 week follow up and Doctor said I healed very nicely. We had sex a couple times and it went fine. But this last time we decided to not be so slow and careful and he hit right where I tore and it made me bleed! It hurt so bad I instantly had to stop. It felt like it tore me again. I bled a good little bit and then finally stopped. I'm still sore and this happened on Sunday. Has this happened to anyone else? Should I go back to the doctor or is this just another FUN thing to deal with after having a baby😩
