Late no period

I'm 10days late and the first day I was late I took a test it was neg and then few days later I did another and neg again. I have yet to start and have had no signs of period. My face is breaking out, I have had low grade fever on and off, and I get tired like 5 hrs of being awake and seem very moody, bloated and constipated! But no symptoms of AF. Any advice or does this sound like pregnancy?
