Can lube cause a UTI?

So I started having sex with my bf for the first time a little over a year ago and started having issues with UTIs. (4 in 5 months) but then I was doing better, I only had one in July from January to November. Well I got one about a week ago and it was like 2 days after we tried lube for the first time. I got antibiotics and healed up, and now 4 days after being done with my meds it has come back. We used the lube again when we had sex. Could that be the cause?
