Gym addicts? How can I get there?
So before I had my baby I was a gym addict and absolutely loved going, especially with my hubby. It was something we did together.
But during my pregnancy I had a catalogue of illnesses and complicafions that meant I didn't do any training from the minute I found out I was pregnant.
My issue is that I REALLY want to get back to the gym but I don't know how to it with my little lady. My husband would happily have her and he works nights so would even have her during the day when the gym is quiet BUT I am her food source as I am breastfeeding and really don't want to give that up.
About a week ago I tried expressing (which worked great) and she drank half but then sicked up the whole feed!
She is only 3.5 weeks and my health visitor says it is (for some babies) just too soon so worth trying again in a week or so.
Wondered about doing a workout at home in the meantime but I don't know where to start. Used to work heavy weights and I have no muscle tone left. Cardio scares me! Haha
