Heartburn and Indigestion= baby hair?

Starting to get both of these things every single day. It sucks so bad! Woke up with heartburn this morning & now going to bed with acid reflux tonight. The acid like gets caught in my chest and makes funny noises when it comes up my throat, sounds like throat farts 😂 every.single.night. Baby girl better be making an appearance with a head full of hair, for all this trouble! Lol I wonder if it's actually true though, if heartburn and indigestion are caused by your baby having hair 🤔

Absolutely not true. Had MAAAAAJOT heart burn with my last pregnancy, son came out with NO HAIR 😂 he had like 7 pieces of hair

Here my baby girl around 32wk. Ive had the worst heartburn and acid reflux. That dotted line and wave around her head is all her hair!!!!

I have had horrible heartburn and my scan at 34 weeks has shown heaps of hair! It's cool to see on the ultrasound... you can see all the spikes which is wet hair

My heartburn wakes me up in the middle of the night multiple times. It just feels like razor blades are moving up from my stomach to my throat. It's awful! My baby had better come out with long Barbie hair or I will be so mad! She'll probably come out bald though 😂😂😂

I've got it so bad that I nearly cry. I take omeprazole every night. That WAS working until about 30 weeks. I'm 32+6 now. I've had mylanta and Pepcid in addition to the omeprazole nightly. ☹️️

Both my best friends had horrid heartburn and their daughters had very little head hair. Sorry, it's an old wives tale and no guarantee.

Every. Damn. Day. There are enough tums I'm the world. My friend had a baby in may and she had horrible heartburn in the end and her son was born really hairy everywhere lol. If it's actually true then I must me carrying a monkey or something because it's bad

I get really bad heartburn from all of my favorite foods and baby was showing off hair at my 32 week ultrasound! First picture is my 20 week ultrasound before the hair. And next two show white fluff on top! Me and my husband were both born with lots of hair so I am expecting lots! :)
