... morning after pill

I had sex with a guy & it was so quick we didn't even think of protection, he was in out & DONE! He swore he didn't finish inside of me mostly because it was all on me but I was worried about precum so I got plan B one step the day after & took it less than 24 hours after the "incident." This is my second time taking plan b, it's been About a week & a couple of day, my boobs became EXTREMELY sore & im just a little worried because the symptoms for being pregnant are the same symptoms for plan b & for my period, it's supposed to come in 5 days according to the app... help? Any advice?
