swing recommendations?

I didn't buy a swing 'cause I figured for just 06-09 months it wasn't worth it. Well, baby's here and gaining weight fast and arms are hurting from "arm swinging" her to sleep. So I am most certainly getting a swing! Which one do you ladies recommend??

This fisher price swing! 8 months old and my baby still takes naps in it. My friend came over today and she has a different swing for her 7 week old, she put her baby in mine and now is thinking of buying a second swing because the baby liked it so much. A big selling feature is the mirror right above the babies head, the baby tries to talk to the baby in the mirror and stares at it. It also makes 3 noises, 2 are music and one is soothing bird noises.

I'm pretty pumped to use mine, it's by graco. You can switch out the bouncer or bassinet in the swing. It was a little pricier, but now I have a swing, bassinet, and bouncer, so I thought it was worth it. And the lady and babies r us said that the swings with their motors underneath the swing last longer than the ones that are hanging from the motor

We got this one as a gift and I really like it. Its the ingenuity portable swing it's not huge like some others and it swings and plays music.

We have the fisher price smart connect. She loves it. It is pricy, but we got it at a resale store for under half price of in the store.

We got the Graco Glider LX, it's a smaller footprint than a lot of swings. And it's pretty reasonably priced too, I think ours was like $110. She napped in it every day as a newborn, and now she's 6 months and still uses it. The seat sits up so she can sit and play. I even feed her in it because we don't have a high chair yet. Totally worth the money.

Make sure you get one that plugs in, or you'll spend a fortune on batteries!

Baby,isn't here yet so I can't review the one we got as a gift... but when I need reviews on things I go to amazon and read tons of product reviews for multiple brands of the item I'm looking for. I get all my product reviews from Amazon basically lol

I have the my little snugapuppy fisher price  cradle n swing and my LO loves it. We NEVER let her sleep in it but will let her doze off in it and then we move her to her crib. (I know someone who lost her 5 month baby girl because she fell asleep in a swing at her daycare.. cause of death was due to losing air supply from slumping in swing 😢)
