When does baby see dentist

With my husbands health insurance open enrollment coming up. We're wondering if we need to add dental from our current 4 month old..

We added our 4 month old for next year. First visit is at 1 year.

They say when baby gets teeth. Personally, close to a year or so. My third son is 8.5 months. All 3 of my kids have a dentist appt next month. My lo's teeth are growing out of the "normal" order and the big kids are scheduled already, so I figured it was no big deal. We do see a pediatric dentist and the kids love him
