Prenatal Vitamins

So, I can't take the vitamin without food or else it will make me sick but this time, it didn't matter. I ate a light meal (chicken nuggets to be exact) and took the vitamin, only to go straight to the bathroom and throw up everything I just ate, including the vitamin. I saw it in the toilet so I know it didn't get broken down and used. Is it safe to take another one? Or should I not?
