boy troubles

I need some girl advice on guys and how to get over them and move on no matter how much you like them and about what to do if you like them but all they want to do is get in your pants and get ur nudes and your not ready yet... I have cried many nights bc they say one thing and then they change it the next second and it hurts alot and I just don't know what to do .... So if you have any advice for me plzzz comment
