I'm not sure what to say as I've never been prego before no type of pregnancy at all but if it was me I'd be worried and would go to the er. With you saying you're cramping too plus the clot would warrant a er visit. Good luck sweetheart

Update i went to see my OB this morning and they confirmed a miscarriage. I go in for DNC in the morning. This is my first loss and i am so distraught. Any advice?

Go to the er! When i miscarried I passed clots like that. Especially with cramps. Not a good sign. Not trying to worry you but better safe than sorry.

There's really nothing they can do if you are in fact miscarrying. But you'll have peace of mind if you go. I miscarried last year and it was a very sad and awful experience. I will tell you that I bled quite a bit for a month with my rainbow baby and she's now a healthy 9 month old. I hope all is well.

Honestly, if you were miscarrying... the doctor will just tell you to go to ER to confirm, then follow up at the DR office (happened to me 8 years ago). It will not matter if you go now or tomorrow. Do you have the clot, or is/was it in the toilet? They can check to see if there was a baby, or just hemmorraging.
