could it be?

I'm curious if anyone had been thru the same thing?!? Do I'm 2 months late I took a pregnancy test from my dr during the first month and it came back negative and several home tests that have came back negative I have several pregnancy symptoms such as nausea vomiting sore boobs cravings higher sugar levels (I'm diabetic) with the sore boobs my dr wants me to be tested for breast cancer cause of the factor it runs in my family and there are dark spots around my nipple ! I also have the condition where my body doesn't produce enough of the pregnancy to keep me pregnant! Could I be pregnant? I'm scared cause I've had many miscarriages and don't know witch way to go !
