Phone Anxiety

Does anyone else experience phone anxiety? I can answer phones at work because I've been there for so long I know everything I need to say... but when it comes to making calls I hate it so much. Especially scheduling appointments or calling about something that I have a lot of questions with. I feel like a stumble over my questions and the people get annoyed with me for not knowing anything. Like I called several vets the other day to inquire about making appointments and thy were just so rude when I didn't really know what I was talking about.
