Does anyone know of any ways for me  to increase my breast milk supply?

I tried brewers yeast baked into cookies. I was lazy and would buy the packaged mix and just mix the yeast in. I've read oatmeal helps too! And drink tons of water!!!

Lots of water, milk rich, Gatorade, oatmeal, power pumping, skin to skin.
