I have HPV and dating. HELPPP

I found out I have HPV and I've been in a relationship with the same person for about 5 months now he didn't give it to me someone else did and I don't know who or when but I just found out. I don't know how to tell him because I was his first and he wasn't mine. He is a very hard time dealing with this already and I'm afraid to say anything about it because I think he will be very mad and leave me. I don't know if he has it but it's the strain that causes warts and I'm so humiliated and starting to self hate. I need advise and help. 😔
