What's the best thing to use to help my hair grow faster

I need help my hair is really unhealthy and I'm trying to build it back up and make it longer again. My mom didn't like my curly hair so flatironed it to the point where it's so unhealthy .. and I hate it . Can anyone help ? What's your tips . Or what do you do to ask care if your hair ?
