Tmi warning !!!!!!! Please be aware...

I have had these itchy things down there for a while now , and I have been to lazy and busy with work to go get it checked. I have had a lot of white stuff coming out all the time.. like a yeast infection.. but I scratch at this and now it bleeds .. it's so itchy. Anyone have an idea of what this is. It's driving me crazy!
