My name is Breanna. I am New to this, but I'm 22 and have been TTC for 2 years now with no luck. Recently found out I have one tube that has hydrosalpinx due to a ruptured appendix when I was 9 years old. Any suggestions on how to conceive naturally or further suggestions? My cycle is regular, but I have never used a basal thermometer or an ovulation kit. Maybe I should try it? Or could it be my boyfriend?
