Endometriosis

Anyone on here have endometriosis? I got surgery in August 2012 had 8-10 lesions cauterized (burned off) by laparoscopy. My husband and I are going to start trying this month but since I have this disease I'm worried I won't conceive easily. I'm getting up there in age 28 and got off the pillthis past October. I am extremely regular but worried bc my mom had it and had5 miscarriages 😥 I sure hope I don't have to go through that! Any success stories by getting pregnant after being on the pill continuously for almost a decade?
