Ok, so what comes to mind when I read this is a bunch of people sitting in a circle (perhaps naked? Eeek!) all holding hands and taking it in turns to be told how valued, loved and beautiful they are.
And no, I wouldn't want to participate in a self love ritual, even if I'm completely wrong about what it entails. I just don't have the money, time, patience or head space.
And I also feel like we (as a society/global community) should be spending more time focusing on loving other people instead of focusing on loving ourselves.
