Very Upset Part 2

The ex boyfriend best friend liked some very old pics on instagram. I knew he was up to something but I didn't know what though. Yesterday I got and inbox telling me that he was sick. I responded with a "Fuck Him". I know there's more to come. What do I do if he tries to reach out to me? I dont know how sick he is and I don't want him to die. Also I don't want him thinking we're still going be something because I'm over the situation.
