Too short

My fiancé is longer than I am. Occasionally we will have sex in a position where he goes in really deep. It doesn't hurt in the moment but my stomach hurts terribly after. Is there anything to help this? I read somewhere that the height of your cervix changes making you shorter or longer at times.
