flat head 😥

At 2 months my baby has a flat spot on the back of his head. I didn't even notice it until a lactation consultant pointed it out to me tonight. Now I'm freaking out and feel like a horrible parent! He spends the majority of the day in my arms but he sleeps 12 hours on his back in his crib (waking 3 times to nurse) plus some time in his swing and car seat or stroller. She suggested we slightly incline him to the side so his head won't be flat on the mattress. Is anyone else experiencing a flat spot on their LO's head? Any suggestions to get a baby to like tummy time because my little guy really hates it and he's supposed to do 80 minutes a day.
