Losing Symptoms 6 weeks

Hi I'm starting to worry, it's my second pregnancy the first ended in miscarriage around 6 weeks. My boobs are not as sore and I've had cramping since week 4 and I don't have many symptoms has anyone else experienced this? I'm hoping it's normal
